KEY 2026: The beating heart of the Energy Transition
From March 4 to 6, 2026, the Rimini Expo Centre will host the fourth edition of KEY ENERGY, a true hub of innovation and networking where knowledge is shared, trends are explored, and strategic relationships are developed in a market increasingly focused on sustainability and energy efficiency.
The event brings together leading companies, industrial operators, public decision-makers, and international stakeholders, offering a unique opportunity to engage in discussions on innovative technological solutions, sustainable business models, and cutting-edge projects.
For the first time, KEY Energy will occupy all the halls of the Rimini exhibition center, adopting an integrated and cross-cutting layout that allows visitors to experience a complete journey through the various technologies and solutions on display.
The new setup features seven distinct yet closely interconnected thematic areas: photovoltaic, wind power, energy storage systems, energy efficiency, electric mobility, sustainable cities, and innovative technologies.
This year again, the Innovation District will be present, hosting start-ups and innovative SMEs selected through a Call for Start-ups, showcasing state-of-the-art technological solutions and projects capable of addressing the new challenges of the energy market.
Within the Innovation District, the Green Jobs & Skills project will also take place, designed to facilitate the meeting between labor demand and supply in the field of sustainability-related skills.
An opportunity for Training, Research, and Professional Development
The KEY Energy 2026 conference program will feature meetings, workshops, and in-depth sessions on crucial topics in the energy sector. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with experts and decision-makers and to stay up to date on the latest trends and regulations.
Within this framework, the second KEY Energy Call for Papers will be launched, open to universities, companies, research institutions, and associations, including those not exhibiting at the fair. The 25 selected abstracts will be published in a special issue of the scientific journal QualEnergia Science, officially presented during the event.
