DSPS temperature probes are PT500 RTD sensors specifically designed for installation in thermal energy metering systems. They are compliant with European Directive 2014/32/EU (MID – Annex MI004) and meet the requirements of EN 1434 and EN 60751 Class 2 standards.
Each set of probes is supplied pair-calibrated, a condition that ensures high-accuracy measurement of the temperature differential between the supply and return lines of heating or cooling systems.
The probes are approved for both direct installation in contact with the fluid and installation in immersion wells. They operate over a temperature range from 0 to +150 °C and are suitable for system pressures up to 25 bar.
Upon request, DSPS probes can be supplied with a three-point calibration report, supporting applications that require extended metrological documentation.
